Interior of Home
- Vacuum, flip and rotate mattresses
- Fresh linens on all beds and towels in bathrooms*
- Empty refrigerator and clean its shelves and drawers
- Clean inside/outside of oven
- Clean inside/outside of microwave
- Change water filter in refrigerator*
- Clean garbage disposal
- Clean inside/outside of dishwasher
- Seal Granite
- Clean oven range filter
- Tighten handles on all cabinets
- Vacuum out dryer vent – inside and outside
- Clean all blinds
- Vacuum all stuffed furniture
- Wipe down all baseboards and trim
- Clean aerators on faucets
- Clean shower heads
- Fill water softener with salt*
- Replace batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide detectors*
- Change furnace filter*
- Replace lightbulbs as needed*
- Clean fireplace glass
- Clean ceiling fans

- Power wash decks
- Power wash garage floor
- Clean outdoor furniture (vacuum cushions, wash hard surfaces)
- Test garage door auto-reverse feature
- Replace lightbulbs as needed*
- Pick up debris on property (garbage, large sticks,…)
- Clean grill cover
- Clean grates in grill
- Uncover / recover AC unit
- Provide bundle(s) of wood for fire pit*
- Stock charcoal and lighter fluid*
